  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 24 Hours of delivery.

  • we offer 7 days return policy.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted for size issues, damaged products, or wrong item received.

  • Accessories and sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged.

  • Exchanges and Replacements will be delivered within 5-7 days.Β

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 Hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason, and a photo of the item (if applicable).

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickups are available in selected areas. In other areas, customers may need to self-ship the item.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated during the process.

  • In case of exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched after the original item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or a replacement item.

  • For damaged or wrong items, a full refund may be issued to the original payment method.
